Hotel Reykjavík Centrum requires a shift manager for Uppsalir Bar & Café who enjoys working as a member of a team.
Tasks:
- Daily management of the shift. (shifts 2-2-3)
- Daily preparing of the restaurant for business
- Overseeing and assisting with all cleaning and making sure hygiene is kept up to standard.
- Daily settlement.
- Training waitering employees.
- Other tasks.
Requirements:
- Education and/or experience in waitering.
- Relevant experience from a restaurant.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Professionalism.
- Positivity and flexibility.
- Good spoken Icelandic and/or English.
Applicants must be 25 years or older.
Hótel Reykjavík Centrum is located at Aðalstræti 16, right in the center of Reykjavík. The hotel has 93 rooms, Uppsalir Bar & Café, 2 conference halls and a lovely breakfast area.
